Our client, a governmental department, are looking for an experienced Salesforce/Business Systems Developer to be responsible for the delivery of bespoke Salesforce configurations including technical design, configuration, testing and implementation.

The successful applicant will have significant experience as a Salesforce Developer and the following technologies: Agile,, Apex, Triggers, Visualforce, Javascript, jQuery, HTML, CSS.

Main responsibilities:

  • Development of business applications including technical impact assessments for changes required by the business.
  • Technical design for new developments, determining the appropriate approach for new applications and their relationship to existing environments and other systems.
  • Support and enhancement of existing applications.
  • Provide advice and guidance to projects on the potential use of Salesforce and development approaches.Unit testing including the investigation and resolution of defects identified user acceptance testing.
  • Creation and maintenance of consistent and comprehensive documentation for business systems, including the relationships between IT components and business functionality.
  • Deployment of solutions between environments.
