A Digital Optimisation Manager / Conversion Rate Optimisation Manager (CRO) / Digital Analysis and Insight Manager is required for a global media and content organisation to improve understanding of onsite consumers and drive insight through marketing activities.

The Digital Optimisation Manager / Conversion Rate Optimisation Manager (CRO) / Digital Analysis and Insight Manager will provide insight to understand how the company's editorial, publishing and digital product propositions are improved. They will drive user profiling and identify key influencers to inform the overall digital and multiplatform strategy.

The Digital Optimisation Manager / Conversion Rate Optimisation Manager (CRO) / Digital Analysis and Insight Manager will:

- Conduct online behaviour analysis and drive initiatives to optimise and test changes to the custom experience that increase conversion rates and global marketing campaign effectiveness.
- Oversee all digital product and service acquisition through social, search and seeded channels. Through multiple channels you will enhance our ability to identify, reach and engage target audience with content distributed across multiple platforms, apps, networks and channels.
- Provide insights into audience behaviours to increase traffic and ad sales inventory.
- Provide real-time analytics based guidance to deliver material performance improvements.
- Analyse the performance of targeted acquisition campaigns across web channels
- Optimise sponsorship/advertising campaign execution (for example re-targeting strategies). Input in to post campaign wrap up reports.
- Liaise with our ad sales house to support ad, sponsorships or partnerships campaign planning.

The Digital Optimisation Manager / Conversion Rate Optimisation Manager (CRO) / Digital Analysis and Insight Manager will have:

- Strong experience in a digital analytical role, such as digital analytics, conversion optimisation, digital analyst, marketing analyst or similar.
- Understanding of audience analytics platforms including Google Analytics and at least one social analytics tool plus knowledge of how to apply insights to audience growth
- Strong interpersonal skills - effectively communicating, building rapport and relating to others at all levels
