A leading Retail Bank is looking for a Digital Channel Development Manager to support their digital transformation, with a particular focus on improving customer experience.

You will be required to manage the delivery of the digital roadmap to drive profits and increase customer advocacy. Along with ongoing and future digital projects across all products and areas.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Work with senior leadership to deliver a plan that facilitates the implementation of the digital strategy
  • Participate in Digital forums and monthly workshops.
  • Develop strong and influential relationships
  • Line management of staff and external agencies
  • Manage key channel development activities that include driving customer journey improvements
  • Maintains a robust internal framework that meets all regulatory and operational risk and compliance requirements

EXPERIENCE / SKILLS REQUIRED

  • Extensive digital or channel development OR digital distribution development experience
  • Proven experience in multi-channel OR digital channel strategy implementation
  • Strong influencing skills
  • Ability to create and sustain positive relationships with stakeholders
  • Experience in improving customer journeys to increase customer satisfaction
  • Proven line management skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and proactively deliver
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
