I am recruiting a Head of Marketing role for a highly successful consumer dot com business based in central London.

The purpose of the role is to develop and implement the global marketing assets into the UK and international markets in order to drive further online acquisition and exceed targets. You will have responsibility for managing 9 direct reports each looking after their own offline or digital channels therefore it is important you have proven team management experience and are able to get the best out of a team commercially.

You should come from a well know consumer brand with broad experience in digital and offline marketing. You should be analytically minded with a strong ability to identify trends and monitor performance. Through out your career to date you must have worked across TV, OOH, radio, print, VOL/VOD, PR, social media, SEO, content and paid search at some stage. If you have some international experience too that would be very helpful.

This role is ideal for a generalist marketer ready for the next step up.
