This leader in automotive markets helps clients understand what really influences consumers in their purchasing decisions. Much of this comes down to the service and experience at point of sale, which is where this full-service agency excels. Their sophisticated research measures satisfaction, loyalty and experience to help clients and dealerships understand how they perform and what they need to do.

As an Account Director you will lead a key account and deliver actionable insights from high-quality quantitative research. Your results and recommendations will have a major impact on client marketing, even on their staff's performance bonuses in some cases, so you will need to be both an effective and diplomatic communicator and help guide clients' understanding of the consumer.

This role comes with an excellent package and immense job satisfaction as you will enjoy a high profile with key accounts, while working closely with senior colleagues on a wide range of commercial/business development initiatives.

To qualify for this exceptional opportunity you should be ready to operate at Research Director level and have outstanding client management skills, a background in Quantitative research and a sound grasp of customer experience and/or loyalty research, ideally with some experience in Automotive markets.
