Head of Digital Content

Great opportunity to shape overall content strategy for a highly respected and widely used source of retail and consumer insight. You and your team will be responsible for all content delivered by the business, with a strong digital focus but including multiple other touch-points.

You'll be tasked with driving sales, engagement, retention and lead generation across the business, and as such you'll need to be able to show your chops in content and channel optimisation, segmentation, analytics and measurement.

You'll need to be adept at managing your own team as well as multiple stakeholders internally - a core part of the role will be to develop content calendars in line with wider business needs.

You'll also need to demonstrate strong written and communication skills, as well as journalistic flair for a good story and how best to land it with your audience.
