A sizeable eCommerce team with fantastic progression opportunities in a trading environment, they tend to draw highly ambitious types who are keen to drive their careers forward.

What you’ll be doing

Reporting into the Digital Marketing Manager your focus will be on a particular category within their vast portfolio. This will involve ensuring the products are correctly positioned on the site with respect to specifications and imagery in a creative but relevant manner. Part of this will be to maintain consistency across the brand and throughout the website, whether this is on the homepage, landing or listing pages, in addition to email marketing. You’ll also have a highly analytical mindset, using data from Google Analytics to inform decisions on what products to focus on and optimising these from an SEO perspective. This person will enjoy working as part of a wider team with key stakeholders including content, creative, buying and operation teams.

What experience you’ll need

Having highlighted the type of individual this business attracts, it’s no surprise you’ll be a highly ambitious individual looking to contribute to the commercial effectiveness of this hugely successful eCommerce business. Experience of online merchandising is a real plus, but the team are keen to see strong graduates interested in working for an eCommerce business.

What you’ll get in return for your talents

We’d be looking at a salary of between £16-£24k for this one, dependent upon your level of experience of course. Happy to give further details on request.
