A big-hitting brand here that have an amazing story behind their success. Well known in their marketspace, you’ll have the opportunity to drive the new website launch of a multi-channel eCommerce proposition.

What you’ll be doing

This will be a role to lead the digital marketing function as part of an established business, however the digital marketing division itself is in the early stages of development. With this comes a large budget and the opportunity to shape the acquisition and retention channels as you see fit – which new avenues should be explored, what existing areas need to be developed; it’s all down to you. You’ll be the driving force behind the digital strategy, including search engine optimisation (SEO), pay-per-click (PPC), product listing ads, email marketing, affiliate networks and RTB solutions. In time, the role will develop to cover the full multi-channel marketing strategy, working closely alongside the other marketing teams to see how this ties in fully with all sales channels.

What experience you’ll need

You’ll be an established digital marketer who understands how to design and implement a digital strategy across a broad range of channels. This is a hands on role, so you might have managed agencies but will be comfortable working on each digital channel by yourself to deliver clear improvements in both acquisition and retention. The ideal will be to have seen how these changes have affected the online turnover to and eCommerce site.

What you’ll get in return for your talents

A salary of between £30-40k plus benefits. There is scope to quickly recruit new team members and coach them to further grow this area, highlighting the autonomy you have to build this as your own.
