A leading hair care brand who adopt a holistic approach, while focusing on nutrition and regular hair regimes to ensure your hair can be the best it can be. Voted a cool brand for 5 consecutive years, with an international presence and 60 years of trichological experience. They have a large celebrity following and an award winning product range. They are constantly growing year on year, and are now looking for a Brand Manager to join their dynamic marketing team which is focused on a consistent growth strategy in line with wider business objectives.
Your new role
You will be responsible for product managing all aspects of the brand, manage the website including updates, social media and you will also work with external agencies on PPC and SEO. New product development will be a large part of the role with a focus on pricing, packaging, trade marketing and event management. You will also be responsible for key account management and working with high street retailers, online retailers, TV shopping and professional hair salons. From a management perspective you will have one direct line report and be responsible for the marketing budget.
What you'll need to succeed
Ideally you will have a marketing degree and 4-5 years' worth of marketing experience in the beauty industry. You will be a motivated and enthusiastic person who is driven to succeed in your personal career goals as well as the overall success and growth of the organisation.
