Pitch Executive - Legal

A leading international law firm requires a Pitch Executive to both work on and supervise the development of global, cross-departmental and cross-border pitches and over-flow pitches from London practices and other offices.

You will be required to take sole responsibility for pitches and provide strategic input, including suggestions and guidance on fee proposals; collaborate effectively with pitch teams to create unique ideas, solutions and approaches to deliver winning pitches; supervise initiatives regarding best practice in pitches; undertake post pitch research, analyzing and reporting key findings; oversee and maintain the content of the pitch tracking and pitch knowledge databases; liaise with global BD team and develop relationships with other support functions to provide joint solutions; and monitor the workload of junior members of the team.

The successful candidate will be an enthusiastic, positive and proactive team player, with excellent communication and organisational skills developed in a professional services firm. In addition, you must be able to demonstrate an ability to deal effectively with people at all levels and to think laterally whilst maintaining attention to detail, combined with being both highly numerate and computer literate.
