- Drive the creative direction whilst negotiating the best terms.
- Manage the performance of menswear and work cross functionally to drive sales and maximise profitability
- Partnering with the merchandise team, you will plan the OTB and monitor and review in season, taking action where necessary.
- Responsible for developing relationships with brands
- Corresponding with commercial teams as well as boutiques and concession managers to analyse performance
- Work closely with Retail Operations, Marketing and PR and will maximise promotional opportunities during negotiations with suppliers.
- At least 5 years' buying experience
- Previous experience buying designer/ premium menswear brands is essential
- Strategic with a solid understanding of the product and market
- Strong negotiator and have the ability to influence and motivate a team
- Creative, innovative and highly commercial approach
- Ability to work within a multicultural team
- Willingness to relocate and live in Doha
- Open to international travel to attend seasonal buying trip
