As Senior Licensing Manager within one of the world's most successful licensing agencies, you will be trusted to develop a number of brands within Automotive, MoD/Armed Forces and Horseracing sectors.

As Senior Licensing Manager, you will provide a key new business development function for their pod of key brand and sports lifestyle clients within the UK/European Licensing division. It's a full 360 role in a small but dynamic team, with involvement in the development of licensing strategies, creative direction, licensing sales presentations and sales/business development for key established and new clients, within a dynamic team

Responsible for driving new business development in all traditional and non-traditional categories as well as focusing on 'creative licensing' i.e. taking brands into relevant, innovative categories through creative thinking and commercial initiative This is not an entry level role - they are looking for someone who is experienced in all aspects of the management of the entire licensing chain - from client brands to licensees' and retailers, whether as part of an agency, brand owner, licensee or retailer. You will have a solid understanding of the inter-relations of all parties within the licensing industry and comprehensive experience of all aspects of the operation of the licensing process.

The agency is particularly keen to speak with candidates who have experience with licensees/retailers especially in Spain, Benelux, Nordic territories. It is essential that you have an appreciation of different cultures and working practices in different European countries, if you have a fluency in Spanish it will be particularly useful.

You must be aware that with this brand comes unsociable hours; some late night/early morning conference calls and national and European travel.
