Head of Brand and Customer Marketing

This leading international brand spanning the financial and travel sectors is going through an exciting period of transformation and growth.  Moving aggressively into digital and launching market leading products, services and apps, they have the benefit of a very well established brand coupled with the agility of a fintech.

The company is marketing led with a best in class marketing team responsible for driving the brand and achieving the ambitious goals that have been set for the existing business and the new products in the pipeline.  The Head of Brand and Customer Marketing heads a team of 10, comprising  PR, Social, Product Marketing and the Internal Marketing Design Studio, and is responsible for setting and driving the global agenda and establishing best practice.  The role involves a broad mix of strategy and execution and is highly visible within the organisation with frequent C-Suite interaction. 

This hugely varied and exciting role will suit a highly intelligent and talented marketer on the rise who is looking for the chance to really make their mark on a business.  You will have a classical marketing training ideally from a leading FMCG company and subsequent experience in a fast paced environment, working at pace and delivering results in challenging situations.   Your proven experience of inspiring and managing a team will be fully utilised in this role as will your ability to operate in both a strategic and hands on capacity.
