A really interesting, cross-functional position, designed to help step-change eCommerce performance across the top 4 grocery retail accounts.
Working closely with sales, shopper & category teams, you'll be responsible for delivering best-in-class eCommerce strategy, playing a key role in JBP conversations as well as wider eCommerce customer journey planning and brand strategy.
With the introduction of online specific JBP's, you'll have great scope to make a real impact, with a role that touches upon:
- Online category management to drive premium market share
- Designing online events & promotions
- Implementing powerful NPD launches online
- Acting us an internal consultant across all teams, to provide an expert voice in eCommerce
You'll need to demonstrate a strong understanding of the online space within an FMCG environment, either from manufacturer or retailer side.
As it's a new role there will be an element of shaping it as you go, so you will need to be entrepreneurial and able to work autonomously in order to create your own structure.
