Campaign Manager
Our client is a consumer-led service and product supplier to multiple channels, based in Wigan, that has grown rapidly year on year. This is a small but dynamic and fast-paced organisation that is heavily focused on delivering a great service to its 1m+ membership base and continually looking to drive effectiveness, efficiency and impact to the bottom line.

The business are looking to recruit a Marketing Campaign Manager with the key focus being to enhance marketing activity and develop a strategy to create a more relevant and targeted marketing approach. The successful candidate will have a strong track record of seeing through end-to-end marketing processes, with the specific experitise of segmenting, life-cycle and personalisation of data. Salary £35,000 - £40,000 plus bonus.

This is an extremely exciting opportunity for a proven digital marketer solid experience in email campaign management to join an affiliate marketing company that continues to enjoy fantastic year on year growth.

Some of the key accountabilities will include:

* Driving, executing and optimizing key elements of the digital marketing strategy with a primary focus on email campaign marketing including campaign planning, creative strategy, and campaign execution to deliver plan objectives in support of our partner and membership base requirements whilst driving sustainable income streams for the business.
*Working alongside the Strategic Partnerships Team -you'll be responsible for revenue generation from driving and delivering the email campaign activity from scoping, planning, design and creation of marketing activity to the critical post campaign analysis.
* Working with key stakeholders on the business strategy and create marketing plans to deliver against the business objectives
* Driving and managing the end to end marketing campaign process including the creation and delivery of marketing campaigns in line with the marketing plan
* Driving campaign performance improvement through optimization of channel, campaign and creative strategies
* Analysing data and identify marketing campaign and member selection criteria to drive increased targeting and marketing effectiveness
* Responsibility for accuracy of campaigns in terms from both functionality and regulatory perspective from content, linking and tracking as well as adherence to Marketing, ASA Conduct and CONC regulations.
* Reviewing and interpreting campaign performance and KPI data and present changes to improve campaign performance including development of robust testing strategies
* Understanding competitor activity leveraging both internal and external sources
