Your new role
The bid manager job will involve creating high quality bid documents and presentations that are consistent with the firm's branding and development plans, along with ensuring they meet requirements and deadlines. The job will involve liaising with fee earners to increase their commercial approach and develop best practice systems. You will also agree the bid strategy, ensuring risks are identified and managed and obtain feedback once bid process is finished.
What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate will have proven bid experience, along with excellent project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects to deadlines. Excellent communication, negotiation and motivational skills are key attributes of the successful candidate.
