Account Manager – Off Oxford Street Agency - to £30k


Dynamic integrated agency who are located in ‘agency Ad land’ are seeking a talented Account Manager with agency experience to join a brilliant, fun-loving team!

The Agency

The Account Manager Role

The Account Manager will work across a number of clients including an automotive client and initially on a great digitally-led project.

Specifically, you will be working in the Retail CRM team on the agency’s biggest client.

The agency are responsible for running their entire customer journey using a variety of content, email and DM.

They also manage all of the client’s data in house so they ideally need someone with CRM experience but also someone who is comfortable dealing with data.

You will report into an Account Director.

Working on a range of projects across a number of products, the job requires flexibility and the ability to juggle several projects at once.

Primary responsibilities will include:

Account Management

  • Build relationships with clients by attending face-to-face meetings and be the daily point of contact for clients by telephone and email

Financial accountability

  • Use in-house finance software to raise job numbers and estimates
  • Actively seek opportunities to improve efficiency and profitability of the account

Teamworking/managing staff

  • Build an excellent relationship with all internal departments
  • Be positive and enthusiastic about the work, and learn to motivate creative teams
  • Manage their own time effectively by knowing how to prioritise


  • Write creative briefs and work closely with traffic and the creative teams to deliver high quality creative on time
  • Traffic work through the studio
  • Appraising creative work and provide constructive feedback for creative excellence


  • Develop an in-depth knowledge of the clients’ sector, their products and competitors.
  • Demonstrate enthusiasm for the clients’ business and industry

Account Manager Skills Required

  • A team player
  • Confident communicator both written and verbally
  • Be proactive and have the confidence to use initiative and volunteer ideas
  • Excellent relationship-builder – with clients and colleagues
  • Excellent attention to detail, confident at proofreading
  • Confident communicator both written and verbally
  • Good organisational and time management skills
  • Demonstrate passion for marketing and the industry
  • Can-do attitude, determined and energetic
  • Confident but flexible self-starter
  • Keen to learn new skills and immerse themselves in the world of automotive
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
