You do not need to have a healthcare background/healthcare agency experience although that would be ideal, but if not your experience needs to be B2C focused.

The (Digital) Strategy & Innovation Director Role

The agency are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Strategist and innovator with strong digital knowledge to join their great team with interesting clients, professional challenges, and a good laugh every day.

This successful applicant will be a self-starting dynamo ready to excite their existing clients and open the doors to new prospects on the strength of their own experience.

About You

You will be an experienced Digital Strategist who excels at working on creative, fast-moving and complex accounts and who is confident in working collaboratively and building strong relationships with clients.

Desired skills and experience

  • Proven experience in the digital communications field, while not essential, ideal if experience of pharmaceutical clients.
  • An experience of challenging the status quo in multichannel marketing. 
  • Partner with account & creative leads to create solutions that make brands famous & effective. 
  • Deliver blueprints for digital solutions that address specific client needs and deliver against business goals. 
  • A good mixture of experience of clients at a local, EU and global level. Proven leadership and client relationship building skills.
  • Proven track record of taking accountability - the role will work as part of a four person strategy team. 
  • Develop relationships with major platforms and update client and internal teams periodically on the latest, greatest, and implications. 
  • A strong interest in everything technology and especially mobile, ideally writes a tech blog. 
  • Proactively identify new revenue streams through new client growth opportunities and support on new business opportunities. Establish new contacts both inside and outside of the agency that are relevant to grow the business.
  • Passion for all things digital. Lead on agency up-skilling and training requirements in the agency’s businesses.
