A luxury property development company with private equity backing are looking to hire a European Sales & Relationships Director to join their business in West London. Specialising in the niche sector of high end student accommodation, the company has attracted a wide array of global clientele and seen phenomenal growth in London.

Looking to continue this trend in Europe, they are seeking a Business Development professional to identify and convert these opportunities. The company boasts a forward thinking, entrepreneurial environment and this position the ideal platform for an autonomous, ambitious individual looking for real responsibility and opportunity in a Euro-centric role.

The principle responsibilities of the role include:

  • Forging new business relationships with various industry contacts
  • Identifying leads within for further development in Europe
  • Handling stakeholders from various nationalities and disciplines
  • Establishing long standing partnerships and contra deals
  • Applying a business knowledge to develop creative package ideas
  • Liaising and partnering with Managing Director and Operations Manager to achieve objectives

The ideal candidate should:

  • Have a strong business development, sales or marketing background with notable achievements
  • Be at least bi-lingual and have a clear professional appreciation for European culture
  • Be extremely comfortable in a client facing role
  • Have a strategic mind and commercial acumen shown through previous achievements
  • Be extremely diligent and prepared to work hard
