Specialising in the niche sector of high end student accommodation, the company has attracted a wide array of global clientele and seen phenomenal growth in London.
Looking to continue this trend in Europe, they are seeking a Business Development professional to identify and convert these opportunities. The principle responsibilities of the role include:
- Forging new business relationships with various industry contacts
- Identifying leads within for further development in Europe
- Handling stakeholders from various nationalities and disciplines
- Establishing long standing partnerships and contra deals
- Applying a business knowledge to develop creative package ideas
- Liaising and partnering with Managing Director and Operations Manager to achieve objectives
The ideal candidate should:
- Have a strong business development, sales or marketing background with notable achievements
- Be at least bi-lingual and have a clear professional appreciation for European culture
- Be extremely comfortable in a client facing role
- Have a strategic mind and commercial acumen shown through previous achievements
- Be extremely diligent and prepared to work hard
