This is a rare opportunity to join a well-funded, ambitious organisation that is going places and is set for high growth. The right candidate will become the voice of three great brands in social media – Emma’s Diary, Families Online and Mum & Baby Academy.

About the Role

  • You will manage social media channels (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest, YouTube, Google+, LinkedIn) for three brands:  Emma’s Diary, Families and Mum & Baby Academy
  • You will write informative, relevant, fun & engaging content for all our social platforms
  • You will assist with developing social media visual assets, from sourcing compelling stock images, to creating original shareable graphics, to working with our talented design team on infographics & videos
  • You will monitor day-to-day social media activity across all channels, and will respond to user queries in timely fashion, making sure they have the best consumer experience possible
  • You will assist in planning and executing creative client campaigns
  • You will assist in development of monthly activity reposts & client campaign reports.
  • You will become an invaluable member of our Digital Content team, assisting with development and implementation of our brands’ digital & social media strategies.

Let’s talk about you!

  • 2+ years in-house or agency experience in social media or community  management.
  • Keen interest in and thorough understanding of all aspects of social media.
  • Passion for developing creative and engaging content.
  • Excellent copywriting, proofreading and editing skills.
  • Experience in the consumer/parenting sector desirable.
  • Photo and video editing skills a plus.
  • Creative, independent thinker with a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced results orientated environment.
  • Experience with using social media management and analytics tools (eg., HootSuite, Google Analytics).
  • Genuine interest in pregnancy, babies and parenting.
