A Digital Product Manager / Product Owner is required to help grow an exceptionally fast growing social platform, by creating a best-in-class digital experience for customers, as well as improving and creating tools used.

The successful Digital Product Manager / Product Owner will help to define, prioritise and launch new features, working closely with the business' CTO and in-house development team.

The Digital Product Manager / Product Owner will be responsible for:
*Creating and refining the product vision
*Developing a deep understanding of user needs, and problems
*Gathering input from key internal stakeholders in marketing, tech and UX
*Taking into account inputs from internal and external sources, developing and communicating a roadmap that meets the product vision and delivers on business objectives
*Identifying and prioritising features to meet the product vision
*Working with the UX and development teams, creating specifications, requirements and designs for those new features
*Serving as a product owner, working closely with the development and UX teams to deliver features and tasks as part of an agile sprint process
*Analysing the impact of changes, and incorporate learnings into the product roadmap
*Managing a diverse set of stakeholders, and having to make and communicate challenging prioritisation decision.

The Digital Product Manager / Product Owner must:
*Have a solid track record working as a digital product manager
*Be focused on delivery and getting things done
*Have a background in online commerce, particularly mobile products
*Be data and research driven in your approach on making product and prioritisation decisions
*Have tremendous communication skills and offer strong stakeholder management skills
*Be intellectually flexible and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
