Digital Marketing Executive / FMCG / 23-27k / Bath

My client is a leading FMCG business and is looking for a Digital Marketing Executive to join a fast past exciting Marketing Team. The Digital Marketing Executives role will look to manage all of the digital platforms including PPC SEO and Social Media.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Working to develop and implement effective PPC activity utilising agreed budgets and delivering agreed targets.
  • Create a deep understanding of the PPC campaigns to add value to the campaign through close liaison with the online agencies.
  • Work with the Digital Marketing Manager to implement plans to optimise and continuously improve rankings, link building and online exposure.
  • Develop and manage SEO campaigns to drive online editorial coverage and increase brand awareness online and capture new prospects.
  • Support relationships and content with 3rd party websites to ensure prominence and traffic is driven.
  • Be responsible for website content updates to improve conversion from digital channels.
  • Interpret and report on online analytics by channel to optimise and improve digital marketing activity.

A successful candidate will have

  • Appropriate degree or professional qualification and/or proven experience in digital marketing.
  • 1-2 years' experience in digital marketing with a firm understanding of the PPC and SEO
  • Experience and strong understanding of google analytics and double click reporting.
  • Understand digital marketing trends.
  • A strong analytical mind set
  • Good understanding of digital marketing and data segmentation
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal
  • Strong attention to detail and proof reading skills
  • Strong planning and organisational skills
  • Flair for creative digital copywriting
