Our client a leading property investment provider based in Billericay, Essex are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to join their busy sales team. The successful candidate will ideally have property investment experience to be in the position to hit the ground running but full training will be provided. You will receive all the support you need to achieve your goals!

The Role:

• B2B sales
• Generating own leads as well as working from the company database
• Networking and arranging client meetings
• Researching similar companies to introduce your products
• Good understanding of property investment
• Retain/manage existing accounts
• Up-selling to maximise sales

The Person:

• Confident, dedicated, enthusiastic & motivated
• Confident to ask for the business and close deals
• Understanding of digital currency and tokenisation
• A strategic planner
• Perfect time management
• Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and prioritise workload
• Strong IT skills
• Excellent communication skills, both written & verbal
• An additional language would be advantageous

This is a full time role Monday to Friday 9.00am – 5.00pm but you must have the flexibility when needed to secure the business and close the deals.

£28,000 – £35,000 depending on experience + commission with uncapped earnings £80,000 OTE.

This role is office based unless you are out on client meetings. There is on site parking available.
