I am seeking a Brand Manager with a passion for brand strategy and a proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously. This role is ideal for someone who would like to take charge of trade, retail, and direct consumer marketing communications for a well-known brand. Based in Broadstairs (onsite) with discretionary work from home days and great benefits!

Day-to-day of the role:

• Create, implement, and analyse marketing plans that effectively communicate the brand’s message.
• Manage media platforms, ensuring content is consistent and aligned with the brand strategy.
• Develop and execute innovative launch strategies for new products.
• Coordinate with external agencies to ensure cohesive brand representation.
• Plan and implement trade and consumer events to enhance brand visibility.
• Oversee the brand’s planned and organic PR to maintain a positive brand image.
• Deliver and develop the brand club to grow the community, achieve membership, and meet sales targets.
• Manage social media platforms to engage with the audience and promote brand awareness.
• Handle budget management to ensure marketing activities are cost-effective and deliver a high return on investment.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a Brand Marketing Manager or Executive role.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to run multiple projects effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in managing media platforms and social media.
• Proven ability to develop and implement marketing plans and strategies.
• Experience in managing external agencies and coordinating events.
• Budget management experience with a focus on delivering cost-effective marketing solutions.
