Communications Executive
I am working with a global company who are looking for a Customer Marketing Communications Executive to join their team for a 6 month FTC. The role will be supporting the wider comms team in the end to end management and delivery of key customer communications. The role is hybrid between their Tunbridge Wells office and working from home.
Duties:
• Support the end-to-end management and delivery of key customer communications• Work on the delivery of communications to support the implementation of product review and regulatory changes.• Manage the content development of contractual new business, customer welcome, renewal communications and documents.• Work with relevant teams to ensure timely delivery and maintenance across all business channels.• Work with Manager to implement ways to add value and maximise conversion rates for clients and end members.• Explore ways to improve the customer experience through effective communications• Build strong relationships with IT, sales and marketing team members, as well as internal and external agencies.• Support business wide projects as required, scope any technical customer communication requirements.• Influence the project team on the most effective route to any required implementation
